Postmark has one of the most reliable webhook systems in the industry. They retry failed deliveries for up to 72 hours and provide detailed delivery logs showing each attempt. If events aren't arriving, check Postmark's webhook logs under Settings → Webhooks → your webhook → Activity.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid API token" error

Make sure you're using the Server API Token, not the Account API Token
Server tokens are found under each server's Settings, not under Account settings
Verify you're copying the token for the correct server

Webhook events not appearing

Check Postmark's webhook activity log: Settings → Webhooks → click your webhook → Activity
Verify the webhook URL matches what Boxset shows
Make sure you selected the event types you want to track

Multiple Postmark servers

Each server needs its own Boxset connection with its own Server API Token
Use the same Boxset webhook URL pattern — each connection gets a unique ID
