Troubleshooting

"Invalid API key" error

• Make sure you copied the full key (starts with SG.)
• Verify the key hasn't been revoked in SendGrid → Settings → API Keys
• Regenerate the key if needed — old keys cannot be viewed again

Webhook events not appearing

• Verify the Event Webhook is Enabled (toggle ON) in SendGrid
• Check that the webhook URL matches what Boxset shows on your SendGrid card
• Confirm you selected at least Delivered and Bounced event types
• Send a test email and wait 2-3 minutes

"Unauthorized" webhook responses

• This usually means the webhook URL has a typo or the connection ID is wrong
• Reconnect SendGrid in Boxset to generate a fresh webhook URL
